Unable to install CAB files on my htc

Hi can anyone please help? when i copy and paste CAB files from my pc to my htc i get a yellow box with a blue computer-

Which folder on your HTC are you copying your files to? It should be the My Documents folder. If you are copying it to the My Documents folder, make sure the CAB file is compatible with Smartphones (Windows Mobile). Hope this helps! ;)

I copy CAB files to \storage Card\ Too Install Folder - I setup too install folder myself on storage card - These CAB files did install fine before - I have also tried to copy these files to My Docs on the phone but still get yellow box-
