Hi , I know I should be searching this forum for what I am about to ask , as I am sure this same question have been asked already , I just want to know what are the steps and applications I need for my att "sim card " to operate in this t-mobile phone dash phone I have .

You need a SIM unlock, and AFAIK there aren't any free ones for the Shadow yet.

I have seen some unlocks for sale on eBay however for the Shadow...
