htc tytn kaiser - caller name ringtone + vibration

Hi!

I'm not sure where to post this questions, please help.

A friend has a brand new htc kaiser phone. I want to surprise him with things he needs.

1. When the phone rings (no matter what ringtone), the phone tells the name of the caller. It tells the name what is written in the phonebook. The Nokia N95 did it, and it is a very very usefull thing. He cannot find any software for the Kaiser wich can make this.

2. He would like to change the vibration for an other type. He likes it discursively, not the same intensity for a longer time. How he can change it?
