Changed the settings to provide caller ID to contacts only - but it seems to withhold my ID from EVERYONE, including my contacts. Can anyone test and report back? Guest NuShrike Posted November 13, 2007 Report Posted November 13, 2007 I have this issue too.Same problem on at&t Mobility. I think the way it might work is that you set that setting, and then all of contacts phone numbers need to prepend a special sequence to "enable" caller-id for that call to that person at that time. I forget the sequence, but I'm sure you can find it yourself and try it out.
