Install ROM in E650, impossible

Application unlock the phone via http://spvunlock.rd.francetelecom.com/, it is free. Then as far as I know you have to CID unlock your phone. Only way I know is using IMEI-CHECK. Just done mine, IMEI-CHECK charges £20 and you have to send them proof of id via email. Just flashed my Orange E650 last night with official HTC rom (RUU_Vox_HTC_WWE_1.15.405.2_4.1.13.37_02.83.90_Ship.exe) and works beautifully. You have to then setup Orange MMS and GPRS settings. You can use a cab file from sites such as this, but beware of certain CAB files because after I installed some they knocked out my radio on my phone. I finally resorted to doing everything by hand. I already have unlocked by orange . I installed the *. cab, but then try to install the ROM and gives me the same mistake

yo ya tengo desbloqueado por orange la SPV. He instalado el *.cab, pero despues intento instalar la rom y me da el mismo error
