helping a friend get a widows phone on contract

hi all my friends contract is due to end and he has been on my samgsung i600 and likes windows based phones.... been looking at the tmob mda vario III for 30 a week but the phone cost is 99 so

does anyone know of any good contracts fo 30 a month win based phone it must have hdsp and be free on a contract 30 per mont. thnx
