Remove connection notification

Im sure ive seen the thread somewhere either on here or XDA Dev but for the life of me I cant find it. But how do I stop the popup box telling me what connection is being dialed?

I just want it to dial and connect without telling me what it is doing

Settings>Sounds and Notifications>Connection Established untick Show Message on Screen if memory serves
