Help with handsfree

Hi guys,

Can you please advise.

When my TYTN II rings, it sounds via the speaker (as usual) and also through the handsfree.

However when i get a message/system/alarm alert, it only sounds via the handsfree

any idea on how i can get it to sound through both in a similar was to when it rings?
