Front panel key lights on incoming calls? - help?

Can anyone help?

Can you set the Kaiser/Vario III so that the front panel keys light up on incoming calls?

I'm sure it should be an easy setting somewhere but can't for the life of me find where you can set it so the front panel keys light up on when getting an incoming call, this combined with the fact that my last phone used a key on the right hand side to answer with the Vario using the left is resulting in me hanging up on quite a few people.

I did jump in on another post about this issue but no one seems to reply to that one so I started this one in the hope that someone with the knowledge will notice and help.
