Alarm problem

Hi to all. Newbie here after much lurking.

Have just got my MDA Vario III and am pleased. Was using the MDA Compact III previously.

One small thing I have noticed though: When I set the alarm on my Compact III the alarm would go off and display even if the keypad was locked. I find on my Vario III that the alarm sounds but I have to use my unlock code to access the device before I can silence the alarm (or even snooze if I dare). Anyone help? Most annoying trying to see the keypad at 5 in the morning.

Found it! Ticked the 'display message on screen' option. ;)
