As far as he's concerned he is just offering a service but he is also

clouding how easy the process is by saying you need special cables

etc.

It has also been suggested that this seller is in breach of copyright as it's unlikely he has ask permission to make money from someone elses

app.

If you have followed this thread from the beginning, you remember I was defrauded by a P800 seller.

I had filed a complaint with the Internet Fraud Complaint Centre some six months ago. Now they have got back to me and have asked for a few more details. They'll be taking my case forward and officially filing a complaint with the government of the person concerned (I choose not to mention the country).

Let’s hope I get some justice.

How much is he selling the info for? If it's cheap, and lots of people are willing to do it, then the best bet is to win the auction and give negative feedback, citing that this info is freely available on the web. If he then gets lots of negative feedback then people won't touch him with a bargepole, and that includes everything he's selling!
