What is the name of the screws?

The buttons stopped working, so i opened up the phone to clean, but one screw got trashed when i screwed it back, and now the buttons don't work again, and i need a new screw. Do you know the name of the screw?

BTW i hate this phone because of the buttons, stopped working after a year. Have to go see a doctor cause i injured arm/hand by pressing hard because of buttons not working. Is all HTC like this? tell me a quality wm phone that lasts please

I think they use Torx screws in mobile devices. Look like small stars.
