Create "Missed Calls" & "Call History" Shortcut?

Is there anyway to create a "Missed Calls" and "Call History" shortcut. I'm using Touch Commander, but I assume any shortcut that does this in any other program (iLauncher, for instance) should work across most launcher apps.
