Duke Nukem and Wolfenstein on my kaiser (youtube video)

just thought id record a video showing the kaiser can play these games, most people would assume it just wasnt compatible after trying once. duke nukem just needed some editing to one of the files. soon il shoot a video of playing quake 1 and 2 also. Quake 3 is too slow unfortunatly, that is until someone can get drivers for 3D support to start working.

i made this guide a few weeks back for those with kaisers or a device with a keyboard that slides the same direction.

the tutorial for the atomic edition works (i think) but there has been problems with it, more errors, different configuring. but using the normal full version works just fine. the last few days ive been getting quake 1 and 2 to work. i almost got them perfect now.

doom does work but it isnt perfect for me. i cant use my keyboard with it. i have to use the touchscreen and D-pad. Also there isnt any music. I just wish there was a new port for it.

every time i run Wolfenstein (pocketinsanity's full version) and change the setting (stylus, sounds off, etc) and quit ... the game won't run again until i delete the "config.wl6" file generated! which obviously resets the settings ... =/

any ideas? anyway to re-map the moving keys, since its on landscape mode ... the arrow/tabs are switched, up/down goes left/right and vise-versa ...

unfortunatly you cant open the keyboard and use the controls is that's what u ment by it being switched, thats very strange that it wont run... have u tried starting off with the original config.wl6 file, starting a game, changing hte controls, continueing hte game again, and then quiting? maybe u need to play with the controls first for it to take effect.
