Sitting on the Desk: How do you have yours?

One of the best features of the 8925/Tilt/Tytn II/Kaiser Soze, at least IMO, is the tilt action. Being able to sit it directly on my desk and easily see the screen was one of biggest reasons I was going to wait for it instead of getting the Mogul. I've decided against the Tilt for various reasons (and hope someone copies the tilt feature in something closer to what I want), but in the meantime I'm curious how everyone has their non-Tytn II-based phones sitting on their desk.

My Axim X30 came with a dedicated stand for charging and syncing that lets it rest at a good angle, and my S710a is flat enough on the bottom that it can stand upright by itself.

Do most/all of HTCs phones reliably stand upright naturally? If not, do you have a dedicated stand for it? Makeshift? Or do you just let it lay there?

... I just lie mine down on the desk. If I'm at work I don't really have time to stare at my phone, and if I'm at home, well, I don't want to be looking at my phone either. ;)

I was eyeing up a desk stand for my Touch the other day.

At the moment it just lies on the desk, or stays in my pocket

I've always been a fan of the almost-vertical charging stand, but I don't know if it works for phones with those flappy covers over the charging socket

The Kaiser doesn't have a flap for the charging socket, if that's what you mean, the flap is for the memory card

Laser_iCE, jeez where've you been?

Haha, I've been around! Well... Not around here, I ended up in a relatively bad rut for the past 18 months or so... Let's just say if I wasn't at work, I was either too "tired" or "hungry" to want to really do anything :(

But I'm past that now!

It's good to see some familiar names still around here ;)

But back on topic... I have to admit, from time to time, I did slide out the keyboard on my KJAM and rest it on my PC's keyboard at work, but that's just so while it's on charge, and I can open up the calendar or something, and people walk past and say "Oooo!"

I love phone cradles. I have 3.

As soon as I purchased my Vario last year I also ordered a Vario Cradle which of course allowed usage of the slide out keyboard.

I use my PDA as a media player and second screen of sorts at work (I tend to have too many apps open at once and would rather glance at PDA screen for next appointment than lose what I'm looking at on comp), so I look at it alot.
