Wifi PAN with kaiser

Would it be possible to set up an ad-hoc connection between the Asus and another wifi enabled device (Kaiser in my case) and make use of the Kaiser's Internet connection ?

Interesting... As this would be faster than bluetooth PAN but I feel usability in terms of setting up the connection would be a drag, have u got the link to the guide ?
