Can anyone tell me if Microsoft Voice Command works on the HTC s710/Orange e650?

I'm interested in a voice control/dial app for mine and this was recommended.

FWIW, I'm having this strange problem where incoming calls are not announced, but everything else works fine.

Using a headset? By default it only announces over the headset.
