TCPMP with subtitle plugin!

Hey

Ive downloaded Tcpmp with subtitle plugin. But what can i use it for?

I press Options --> Subtitle and it shows me:

1. Sync adjust

2. Decress

3. Reset

4. Incress

5. Stream > 1. None

Where is the subtitles in that?

My problem is that i have a movie and a srt (subtitle) file. How can i play them together without needing to compress the subtitles into the movie ?

ive heard about that. But what to do with the smi file?

put video file and subtitle file in the same folder. Both must have the same name for example modaco.avi and modaco.smi !! Then run TCPMP, run avi file :( thats all

Ive tried. Doesnt work. Think i have wrong version of TCPMP

Now ive downloaded version 0.72RC1 from tcpmps main page

Okay. Now i am using this version:

Ive downloaded vobsub. Opened vobresync. And pressed Open --> Selected the srt file, when it got loaded i pressed Save as and save it as [sami (*.smi)]

Then i put it on my phone. Then i rename both the video file and the smi file to fx. "Modaco" (So i have two files: Modaco.avi and Modaco.smi)

When i run TCPMP, i press options --> Subtitle --> (Now i can press Decress, Reset, incress and stream) i select stream, in the undermenu it shows me a checkmark next to the subtitle Unknown (Because i didnt choosed language?)

But when i play it, No subtitle appears.

Any suggestions?

try with those options:

Options/video/video driver/ gdi or gapi

check again names of files. Have to be the same!!
