How to application unlock my Touch Dual

I've got the Touch Dual from Orange. I tried to install the Touch settings app, but I got a message saying 'Installation unsuccessful. The program cannot be instaled because it does not have sufficient system permissions"

Any idea how I can remove this?

I haven't tried the Touch Settings app but most things seem to install okay.

I have unlocked using the Orange file.

I had a message saying "security settings had been set to diasbled" or something, and also "as this program was designed for an earlier version of windows mobile, some features may not work properly"

Then I tried to install Touch Settings and but still get the same message "Installation unsuccessful. The program cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions"

Any ideas?
