Help with Sagem MY-S7, i cant answer a call

Hi, i speak english and spanish.

Well, since that i open my phone i can´t answer any incoming call, when someone call me i see the number for half of a second and the phone restart, then, i can´t answer the call and neither see who call me because the phone inmediatly restart.

Then i try do a hard reset with the buttons, i already do it before, but now when i press the buttons the restart over and over.

Then i try to install a few hard reset programs, the installation is ok but when i run the hard reset software appear an error, but sometimes the phone restart but nothing heapen.

Other thing is that everytime that i start my phone, i lisen the "default" beep sound when the home screen start, this sound is new too.
