There is any program that can connect to IM services like msn, aim ect using http connections like mig33 and ebuddy but its NOT java based?

cuz i have problem with http proxy with java i want a wm application that connects to IM services through http..

i found a version of esmertec's java that connects through http proxy with an internal.conf.. but i cant read easy the leters cuz of a resolution problem, i have samsung sgh-i320 i think the resolution is 320*240.. help me pls :/

Try palringo: www.palringo.com IM bridging for lots of services there...

yea but it can connect through wap/http proxy like mig33?

It routes everything through http by default i believe. Its a native WM app, so no need for java crappiness...

i have download it but it not even try to connect to wap (i have unlimited wap with an http proxy so with my old cell (SE W800i) mig33 working, now nothing :(

Do you guys know any program that can connect to msn through wap http proxy like mig33 BUT for smartphones and NOT java because my java dont support proxies?

I believe Palringo can traverse proxies, and has MSN bridging...

it dont even make a gprs connection when it tries to connect... any solution to make it connect automatically and use http proxy through wap?

Proxy support is currently experimental and undocumented. You'll need to exit Palringo, and edit the following registry settings before relaunching it:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Parlingo/Settings

-Change "Connection/Proxy/Host" to YOUR PROXY HOST

-Change "Connection/Proxy/Port" to YOUR PROXY PORT

-Change "Connection/Proxy/Type" to 1

If you choose to try this, please let me know how you get on :D

it stills dont make a connection. but EQO Beta for smartphones working good :D

Wish I could find EQO screenshots on their site, a lot of these apps are just plain UGLY!

Bummer Palringo didn't work for you with those reg tweaks!
