Guest Monolithix Posted December 1, 2007 Report Posted December 1, 2007 It routes everything through http by default i believe. Its a native WM app, so no need for java crappiness...

Guest eisboleas Posted December 15, 2007 Report Posted December 15, 2007 I believe Palringo can traverse proxies, and has MSN bridging... P it dont even make a gprs connection when it tries to connect... any solution to make it connect automatically and use http proxy through wap? thanks :(
Guest Zone-MR Posted December 17, 2007 Report Posted December 17, 2007 it dont even make a gprs connection when it tries to connect... any solution to make it connect automatically and use http proxy through wap? thanks :( Proxy support is currently experimental and undocumented. You'll need to exit Palringo, and edit the following registry settings before relaunching it: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Parlingo/Settings -Change "Connection/Proxy/Host" to YOUR PROXY HOST -Change "Connection/Proxy/Port" to YOUR PROXY PORT -Change "Connection/Proxy/Type" to 1 If you choose to try this, please let me know how you get on :D

Guest Paul (MVP) Posted January 3, 2008 Report Posted January 3, 2008 Wish I could find EQO screenshots on their site, a lot of these apps are just plain UGLY! Bummer Palringo didn't work for you with those reg tweaks! P
