connecting my pda to my exchange server

can some please tell what settings and software i need so that my exchange server will automatically connect and send a copy of my emails to my HTC touch

You settings will depend on the credentals for the Exchange Server. As long as the URL, domain, user name and password are correctly set, email and PIM data will be able so sync automatically. The software you need is already there on the Touch- ActiveSync and Contacts/Calendar/ Messaging. For sync with a PC as well, you'll need Outlook 2007.

If you have all the credentials, go to Start/Programs/Activesync then select Menu/Configure Server. Alternatively create a new partnership with ActiveSync or WMDC on the PC and do the setup from there.
