Orange C550 in Norway

Hi

I just moved to Norway and want to continue using my SPV C550 handset, I have unlocked the handset using the Orange utility but when I try another SIM (telenor) it says the Network is restricted and I need a passkey?

I have looked for a PAYG sim but as I am not very good with Norwegian I cant really find a supplier.

Can anyone give me advice on a provider that just supplies PAYG sims like you can buy in the UK?

You've app unlocked it, not network unlocked it.

I believe the SPV-Services application will unlock the C550 free?
