Guest blackhorse Posted December 5, 2007 Report Posted December 5, 2007 Orange have removed the HTC home screen, which has the quick profile options, one of which been auto (this will put the phone into vibrate mode during meeting appointments) Is there anyway to get to this profile without the HTC homescreen? One other little niggle, is there anyway to stop the screen turning off after 5 seconds of a call. Ie, when listening to answerphone messages, the options, to save and delete are gone straight away (ive tried backlight option, that dont work =(
Guest hotphil Posted December 5, 2007 Report Posted December 5, 2007 (edited) The Home plugin can be downloaded at http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-downlo...lugin-v1-0.html and there's a reg tweak in one of the stickies at top of this forum to disable the screen turning off during a call. Edit: actually i think it's in the wiki http://wiki.modaco.com/index.php/HTC_Kaiser I'd wondered what the 'auto' profile did. Might solve one of my issues so thanks for that. I'd just like the phone to vibrate all day whilst in the office. Not sure if setting tentative appointments for office hours will work though but will try it out. Might also stop them pesky meeting requests :( Edited December 5, 2007 by hotphil
