Guest prawnie Posted December 9, 2007 Report Posted December 9, 2007 Hi Folks Hoping that some one can help me with an error message I'm getting in trying to load the Active Sync 4.5 software on my PC. During the installation run, a box appears with three options - retry, abort and the following error message occurs:- Error: Could not write value to key\CLSID\{C23C21B9-6D2C-11D2-00C04FECDC8}\InprocServer32 Verify that you have access to that key or contact your support personnel I would appreciate any help on where to go for help with this or if someone can tell what to do to correct it. Many thanks any help greatly appreciated. I've tried downloading from the support disk that came with the phone and also from Microsoft's download centre with the same result from both. Cheeers
