How to Change Language

Hello All,

Sorry, I'm still new in Windows Mobile device.

I am really desperately in buying HTC TyTn II (with Russian keyboard) in Ukraine.

While I'm waiting, I have one main concern.

How to know supported language in device? I need English language and menu, but with Russian (cyrillic) supported keyboard.

I already tried to change language (Regional Setting) in my friend's device, Eten, but it's not possible. Only few menus in English, e.g. Speed Dial.

If I see this issue in HTC TyTn II, please somebedy tell me how to change language?

I already read some resources in internet, still don't understand exactly.

Do I have to update ROM? How to get English ROM?
