Software installation problems

Hi,

I've got T-mobile sda music with ronswens wm5. I'm experiencing problems installing lots of software that says to be wm5 compatible. For example i recently tried to install Sprite Backup. Everyone says it works fine on wm5. But when i try to install, it starts installing the cab to device, few seconds later i see "installition unsuccefull. ... not intended for this device."

Is there any way to make it work?
