Guest mike trin Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 I like how the video player rotates when it plays fullscreen videos, is there any way to do that when browsing the web?
Guest Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 You can do it with OperaMini. Not sure how to do it with ie
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 You can do it with a mortscript I believe, but I don't think it works that well... P

You have to install another JVM such as jbed: http://eazyvg.wordpress.com/2007/12/05/ope...efault-browser/
Guest greenturtle Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 (edited) I use PIEPlus. Within the settings it allows you to map certain buttons to do certain things so I use the Camera button to rotate the screen. It's a really great application and just adds all the things that are missing from PIE. Edited December 28, 2007 by greenturtle

Haven't tried it but the website doesn't seems to indicate that.
Guest badbob001 Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 You can do it with a mortscript I believe, but I don't think it works that well... Yes, mortscript can rotate the screen. I've tested this and have attached the script I use, which will toggle from 0 degrees (portrait) to 270 degrees (rotated counter clockwise). The only problem is that the hardware buttons of the shadow are not rotation-aware so after rotating sideways, you have to press left/right to scroll up/down and up/down to screen right/left. Not a big deal. The NEO interface will rotate sideways as well.
Guest greenturtle Posted December 28, 2007 Report Posted December 28, 2007 Oh sorry. I saw this in the recent post thing and just assumed it was for a Pocket PC (: No it's only Touch Screen devices.

If you go to Menu > Tools > Help > Shortcuts, you will see that * # is the key combination to rotate the screen.
