Guest fantom4 Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 Just been looking at asus website for the vip section after joining them My enclosed EEE PC warranty card claims the device has 24 months warranty. YET there website says only 12 months anyone notice this. I have contacted them but if this is the case I think mines going back. I'm not happy.
Guest Paul (MVP) Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 eBuyer stated 24 months warranty too? P
Guest fantom4 Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 (edited) eBuyer stated 24 months warranty too? P Just phoned toysrus and they claim all the products have one year and if the case is card says two years I have to take it up with ASUS. first 28 days with them the rest with asus. arghh Edited December 18, 2007 by fantom4
Guest Monolithix Posted December 18, 2007 Report Posted December 18, 2007 I'd say if the box warranty card says 24 months then the website is wrong. The 12 month this is a legal right, the extra is up to Asus' discression. Might be worth dropping them an email? (Hope you dont need to claim on it already btw!)
