Reminders

I have two really irritating problems with task/calendar reminders:

1. Sometimes I change a due date or reminder date by editing the task. But the reminder keeps popping up even though it is showing a date that is now two weeks ahead.

2. I use a PIN/password. On boot up, even before I have used the PIN, the reminders pop up in clear. If they are about confidential things it could be embarrassing.

I would be really grateful for any help.

I swear the new password/code is a complete bodge job. It just doesn't work properly in any way. That's a terrible confidentiality problem right there, and it definitely wasn't present on my Wizard under WM5. They've completely broken it! I've had to remove my PIN, the device is far more stable now!
