Phone Nub - need help with unsigned programs/emulator

Hey guys. I consider myself to be fairly apt when it comes to tech stuff, but i just cant figure this out. My goal is to run a SNES emulator of some sort on my T-Mobile Shadow. I have tried to app unlock it, but havnt had much luck. I am able to edit the registry without any problems, but when i try to run pocketSnes.exe i get an Access Denied error. It says i cant run the file because it hasnt been digitally signed with a trusted certificate. It may just be a problem with this specific emulator, or maybe i missed a step somewhere. If anyone has had any luck getting unsigned programs, or a decent emulator to work please let me know.

I have been installing and runing all sorts of unsigned games and apps even before i app unlocked my shadow. Idk whats wrong with yours.
