2 things for help: Any way to eliminate the java communication/click wheel sensitivity

2 quick questions: have played in the registry somewhat and can't figure either of these out:

- Is there any way to increase the sensitivity of the clickwheel? Looks like there may be a hardware limit on this, only 2 samples per revolution?

- Is there any way to eliminate the Java confirmation on using comm lines on the phone ie when using a browser like Opera(that is Java) the phone asks 2x to allow every comm pull for the Java app.
