Guest wenight Posted December 25, 2007 Report Posted December 25, 2007 (edited) I am getting started in development Windows Mobile software... before that I am more familiar in visual basic and C#, but now I am interesting in Windows Mobile.. But I am not sure the tools that I use and the device I use is correct?? I have prepare: 1) Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 2) HTC Touch (support Windows Mobile 6.0) What else development tools are needed to develop Windows Mobile software? I want to development a Windows Mobile software that support wireless and can communicate through wireless with visual basic application... Guest Paul (MVP) Posted January 3, 2008 Report Posted January 3, 2008 You need Visual Studio 2005 Standard or above (not Express), the Windows Mobile 5 or 6 SDK for your device (i.e. Pocket PC), Activesync or WMDC as appropriate, then you're ready to start developing :( P
