Bios boost option

Anyone toggle this option on in the BIOS? Description states that it speeds up POST.

Since no one seemed to have any info on this option I gave it a try. It gets rid of the BIOS POST screen but this makes it harder to get into the BIOS. Instead of waiting for the F2 prompt you just have to keep hitting F2 after you hit the power button to make sure you get in. I didn't actually time it but it appeared to shave a couple seconds off the already short boot time. I'd rather have easy access to the BIOS with an additional second or two added to the boot up process so I switched the option back off. For someone running XP this may be worthwhile.

I enabled it and Xandros wasnt capable of picking up my 1GB stick and it hung on boot regularly! I decided to leave it off :(

8G 702 7BOAAQ116... WILL NOT BOOT w/ this option enabled. Concur w/ Mono...but am not sure if SDHC was detected when first changed (F1 to continue?)

BUT I always had to F2, back into BIOS settings, & turn it off for boot process to continue on any restarts!

On the first boot after changing would work, restarts would NOT proceed. Paused @ a modified POST screen w/ F1 & F2 options

I tried this on my 4G and it didnt seem to do anything at all ... in fact, I dont think I've turned it off!
