i600 - Where is Documents to go?

Before buying my i600 i saw this page:

that was great news

(documents to go is bundled with the phone)

but... no traces of DTG on the rom or on the cd

at dataviz are kidding? :( <_<

my i600 it's samsung branded, not operator branded
