Hide SIM contacts?

I have a copy of all my contacts saved on my SIM card and on my phone, but it's very annoying to have to go through 2 of every contact in my address book. Is there any way to hide the contacts in my SIM card?

settings -> phone -> call options -> Show SIM contacts (uncheck it)
