Htc tytn II Help

I've had my tytn II for about 2 months now and it is wicked!! The only problem i have is whenever i shut it off and re-start it. The time swiches to US Mountain Time instead of central where I live. I've reset the home and away settings, but once it shuts off. It swiches back to Mountain time. Any suggestions. Thanks,
