Automatically add GPS info to SMS?

Hi all,

Is it possible, and more importantly if it is where can I get it, that when I create an SMS message that the GPS information taken from my phone (with GPS) is automatically included? Say as a signature?

Ideally, I'd like to have something like the following when I create an new SMS:

"Hi Joe Bloggs, what you up to. Want to meet up later for a pint?

- George (GPS: 52.47, -1.90)"

CamerAware can send location messages... via Email, will have to check if you can do SMS too :(

I have tried LocationSMS on my Vario II with Bluetooth GPS, seems to work fine.
