Sound problem on Tytn2 It should ring but it doesn't...?

Well the case is that I use the HTC homescreen to select if the phone should ring or only vibrate by pressing the icon with the phone and a tune and then select my "profile"

I also use the homescreen to lock the phone by selecting the "windows-like" symbol next to the sun-icon ans then pressing the keylock symbol and then I finally push the red button on the righthand side at the top the on/off to save battery - so far so good... :-)

But today I missed two calls even though I had put my Tytn 2 to ring?

I discovered that when I pressed the speeker icon in the top of the screen next to the batteryindicator you get two bars you can adjust - one for the phone and onefor ringing volume - and the ringing volume was all down - even though I had put the phone on ringing mode as described before???

I have never had this problem before have you? ;-) Any solutions?
