Kaiser Tweak and KeySwoop

Gentle Members,

I have three problems.

1. I have just received back my Kaiser from the repaires,they have changed the Main board and when i attempt use the "WIKI" i get this message "UNABLE TO OPEN FILE 'PROGRAM FILES/KAISER TWEAK.XML" and also "Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption.Press cancel to kill the program. When i press OK nothing happens.What shall i do to make it work?

2.I have downloaded Key Swoop but i do not know how to add 'short cuts'.Please help.

3. I would also like to know whether i have to purchase again all my softwares since i noticed user codes do not open the programs as before?Thanks in advance.
