Anyone have BT Autosync 5.0

There was a program released a while back that allowed smartphones to automatically sync when a bluetooth was in range. THe website has been down for years and someone posted a link to the 0.03 version for smartphones but not the Windows mobile 5.0 version. I really need the 5.0 version and i'm sure lots of other people do as well. I have been looking for the program for weeks now. If anyone has it, I'd be willing to pay. I'm sure if anyone posted the program here it would be much appreciated.
