Guest telecam Posted January 9, 2008 Report Posted January 9, 2008 I am having a problem with my Blackjack II with the keypad unlock feature. The "unlock" + "*" key combination does not work anymore. Everytime I lock the keypad by holding the "power off" button, I can only unlock it by pressing the "unlock" softkey and them entering my device lock 4-pin key. I looks like my registry got screwed up. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks.
Guest BRaVO503 Posted January 10, 2008 Report Posted January 10, 2008 you could always hard reset, hold up while powering on your phone this will erase everything and make it like it was when it was new so back up your stuff first.

I did and as soon as I reconfigure my 1and1 Exchange server on it, the problem started again. Basically, it is an issue between WM6 and the way 1and1 enforces security policies on their Exchange servers. I had no problem at all with my BJ1. 1and1 seem to be aware of it and I got a reply from their tech support confirming this. There are looking into it. Also, I found a thread describing the same issue with WM6 devices and 1and1 Exchange servers here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=307195 Thanks. Edited January 10, 2008 by telecam
