What about battery life when running xp/Vista?

This is for the people that are windows OS' on the EEE. Are there any noticeable battery life differences between Xandros and windows?

With Vista

so far it looks like my battery can last a full 3.5 hours, havent exactly timed it, but by estimation of using it as a "chatconsole" it lasted about 3.something hours and was on 7% battery remaining....

I'm having little issues with charging thou :) or it could be normal, but it takes over 4 hours from 10% to 100%.....
