I'd be very weary.

Mmmmm CD? my Vista Ultimate is on a DVD... thats for one... 2nd: Disk kit.... dont see that this implies a licence, so might be "just" the disk. ------------- Sidenote ------------- There IS an Vista Ultimate OEM-builders kit, wich everyone could buy when their building a new PC wih actually is around that price if I'm not mistaking.
