Karoke mp3 & cdg files on asus eee pc ?

Hi Guys

I'm new to this (in case you havent guessed) :) I have lots of Mp3 backing tracks with seperate cdg files (for the words) which i currently have working on winamp on my home pc . I'm told there is a programme called pykaroke which will work on linux (cos winamp wont) will I have enough room to download and use this programme or am I better off getting XP onto the asus and using winamp (or is winamp too big for the asus ?) Ive tried some backing tracks already via sd card, on the asus music manager and they play fine just cant get the words (CDG files) to be recognised .Any help would be appreciated for this struggling guitarist vocalist!! :D Cheers Thanks (my asus is 4g 701) Love the site by the way, Mike
