Real Time Traffic Information Software (Today Screen Plug-in)

Hey all, I was wondering if there is any software that offers real-time (downloaded through GPRS) traffic information for selected areas? In my case ‘Birmingham – UK’?

I’m trying to find one with a today screen plug-in though but so far I’ve found zero………. Any ideas?

I have an rss reader that pulls stories from traffic websites, it then cross checks against my list of road and town keywords and displays the number of matches on the today plugin - RSS hub Illium soft.
