yea i would assume so, my 5.5g 80gb works fine (slow) in xandros, and there is a video on youtube of someone booting halo and ut2004 onto there eee using what looks like a 6g ipod. not sure what size, :D but that vid is in windows so may not work but very unlikely i would say.
