Having trouble picking a new phone

Hello all! I've been using an HTC 2125 for a while now and I'm coming up on my upgrade availability date. I've been reading reviews and going through some articles but I can't quite decided between:

Pantech Duo

Samsung Blackjack

BB Curve

Moto Q9h (kinda)

I am trying to find something that won't give me low memory problems every week, like my 212 is prone to, is reasonable zippy and won't be out of date within 6 months. I'm also looking for something that's fairly durable since I know I'll drop it. Data connectivity and speed are more important to me than call quality as well as having a development base that works on new software and improvements but that is also intuitive.

Wi-fi really isnt important to me, I always keep unlimited data and should be on the 3G wherever I am.

Thoughts?

Out of those, Pantech Duo.

but if you have the 2125, why not get the Kaiser/Tilt?

I upgraded last month from the 2125 -- Looked seriously at the q9h and BJII -- went with the q9h because my fat hands fit the keyboard better. My daugher had the q9h for a couple of weeks then switched to the BJII. I'd have gone wtih the tilt, but it was out of my price range. Got both the q9h & BJII for $100 after rebates.

300 bucks is a bit out of my range... it's a really nice phone but I played with it in the store and it's huuuuge. So. I might get it if the price was a lot lower but the ones Im thinking about are 100-150 bucks after rebates, within my 'recent college graduate' budget.

So the Duo then? I played with it in store and like it alot, my only concern was the vertical slide (to expose the QWERTY) felt kinda grindy, does anyone have one that can comment on that aspect? I do like that I cant accidentally key someone if I don't have it locked though, that is nice.

I have the Duo, and I love it.

My slide doesn't feel grindy at all, some say the QWERTY slide feels a little cheap but I disagree.

Maybe the unit you tried had some particles in the slide.

I'm very happy with mine; I haven't tried a 2125 but if you liked it chances are you will like this phone.
