Help on Vox - ruined speaker

Hi everybody,

Yesterday I accidentaly dropped my phone and it wasn't a big drop but it messed up the membrane on the ear speaker, I can hear when the caller talks to me buy I here a screach at the same time and it hurts my ear. I wanted to know if somebody over here knows a company that sells spares to buy the speaker and at the same time a diagram to take it a apart. Or maybe somebody has a ruined phone that I could remove the speaker, I will buy it for sure.

give it to the HTC service people for repair :)
