Htc s710 remap keys/buttons

Htc s710 are the navigate pad on the front at the vox synced with the one at the qwert - keyboard or is it possible to make them do separate things ?

on my qwert keyboard ther is 2 st options for sms writing with the navigation buttons the first is to navigate and the second is my languages letters (ä,ö,å) witch are not prioritated so i have to hit [Fn] first to write them and that is disturbing. Is ther any way to just change the value of the navigate keys on the qwert - and not on the frpnt so the can write my letter (å,ä,ö) without hit fn key every time
